Lunagirl Moonbeams goes VINTAGE! Play along :)

Creative Challenge: HONEYBEE

Trying to be as vintage as I could to match their site theme, I used a couple of images, colored them with my 

Inktense colored pencils

Then popped up the bee and used lace around the edges

for a more "vintage" look. 

A little outside my regular brightly colored box :)

The extra long tag is actually a short one I cut in half for the illusion :)  The middle card is a project life card I believe, it was in my stash. A few added pearls in the upper left finished the card.

Using Border Punches... pull em out and be creative!

This week the THEME is:

" Use more than one border punch "

 I used my Stampin' Up inks to make each of the two border punches a different color to make them stand out. Then I created an embossed background and finished with a couple birdie sentiments from 2 sets.

Bugaboo's Recipe Challenge, try it today!

Today’s challenge is a Recipe Challenge!   The Recipe is Recipe - CAS 3-2-1: 3 word Sentiment, 2 flowers, 1 image!

I chose the sentiment

"Thinking of You"

I added the two flowers and my images are

2. Brat curly hair girl (Click to buy)

HERE'S MY CARD :)

I used inktense pencils to color her and a punch for the flowers. I you look closely, the flower center are tiny hearts! 

The sentiment was cut out with my Silhouette Cameo.

I used a ribbon for my bow and "burned" the edges so they would not unravel. I do this very carefully with a small lighter.

Challenge 358 - Stamping Mad!

Easy, just use a stamp on your creation....

as always we welcome your own interpretations!

Here's my Card!

 I started with a two-toned card and got it all set up, then thought maybe one small "pop" of color would work well, so I added a butterfly stamped on vellum and glitter glued it to add sparkle! 

I used the scraps from the 6x6 paper to deck out the inside to carry over the look :)
