1. 12x12 double sided paper

 Score 5 5/8, 5 3/4, 11 1/8, 11 1/4

Score the top triangle 5 5/8, 5 3/4

2. 6x6 paper **FITS GIFT CARD!**

Score 2 1/2, 2 1/2

Score the top triangle 2 1/2

3. 6x6 paper

Score 2 3/4, 2 3/4 

Score the top triangle 2 7/8

4. 8x8 paper

Score 3 5/8, 3 3/4, 7 5/8, 7 3/4

Score the top triangle 3 5/8, 3 3/4
