½ IN. CIRCLE PUNCHhttp://amzn.to/2tgsdd7  (for creating your swatch cards from Peerless)

Instructions:
1. Print, color and cut out your digital Image. Set aside.

2. Cut a Piece of watercolor paper or 110 lb card stock for you card front. Using the tape create a design on the watercolor paper or 110 lb card stock. I criss-cross my tape. *Tip: If you don't have the tape you can draw your lines with a pencil and ruler. You can also draw your design on a scrap piece of paper and cut it apart and then trace it on your watercolor paper/110 lb card stock card front. Leaving a gap in between the pieces. If your tape is very sticky you can put the tape on your clothes for a second or two before placing on your card front.

3. Now, you are ready to apply the watercolor paint to your card front. I like to use a wet to wet technique (meaning I put clean water on my paper first then apply the color). If you want to add more pigment for a more intense color be sure to heat set between color layers. If you don't have a heat tool then let dry in between layers of color. *Tip: If you are using Peerless watercolor Pigments and want to create a  travel swatch book or swatch cards with only a few colors - use a small circle punch to punch out some of your Peerless colors and attach them to card stock or in a small note book. Be sure to label them.

4. Heat set or allow to dry fully before removing the tape. I like to outline my shapes with a black pen for a finish look. However, it's not necessary. Totally optional!

Now, create a 4 1/2 x 11 for A2 card base from white card stock. Cut the watercolor card front 1/4" smaller than your card base and adhere to your card base. You can then out line your card front with a black pen again for a finish look. Totally optional! Next, apply foam adhesive to your flower/Image and sentiment and attach them to your card.

Your beautiful Watercolor Fractal card is complete. Keep in mind that if you create this card again you will get a totally different background. That is what is so amazing about this technique. So, simple yet so beautiful.
